Westfield Stratford is pretty chainy, apart from a few speciality places, and they tend to sell stuff that’s either not very souvenirish, won’t travel well or may not get through customs. (The Karaway bread stall is really pretty good for the location.) You might want to focus on M Waitrose and John Lewis, which are the anchors at each end. Perhaps Neal’s Yard for smelly stuff, or even Boots for the cosmetics that don’t make it over to Target..
